Note: It is a natural characteristic, due to the nature of our ingredients, that the powder may harden slightly due to prolonged exposure to high temperatures. In that case, we recommend gently tapping the CLOSED bag, and you will notice how it immediately returns to its original state. Don’t worry, the heat does not affect the properties, quality, or safety of our products, so you can use them with the confidence that our brand represents.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at customers@ekijointgold.com.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).

Please pack the item(s) securely.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
