1. Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

Items must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.

2. Non-Eligible Items:

Open, wet, or damp products.

Note: It’s a natural characteristic, due to the nature of our ingredients that, through prolonged exposure to high temperatures, the powder may slightly harden. In that case, we recommend gently tapping the CLOSED bag and you will notice how it immediately returns to its original state. Don’t worry, heat does not affect the properties, quality, or safety of our products, so you can use it with the confidence that our brand represents.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order sending us a mail to customerservice@ekijointgold.com

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).

Please securely package the item(s).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

4. Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or specialty, please contact our customer service team to arrange the Exchange.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect before proceeding with a refund or exchange.
